Ttoasta18 Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 I just got my netduma router and I cannot not seem to get anything to work. I am not very good with computers so it may be my fault. Multiple issues here. IT will not find my ps4, it found my xbox one and I enabled geo filtering but it is not working, I enabled cookies to save my settings and it still wont save my geo filtering settings, and I can not port forward my xbox as I wanted to either. Trying to go from my home aris sbg6782-ac router to netduma. Having all sorts of issues please help. Do I need to bridge the first router?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19, 2015 Administrators Posted September 19, 2015 Hey welcome to the forum, please first follow this optimal settings guide http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netduma If you have a nameless or unnamed device in device manager check on your PS4 network settings and see if the IPs match up, if they do you can simply rename it. The link above will help you set up the Geo-filter as well as telling you how to open your NAT, either DMZ, modem mode or bridging is your best option there. Let us know how you get on

Ttoasta18 Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 I have the latest firmware on it. I tried to manually put in my download/ upload speeds but it is still not working. I checked one of the unnamed devices is not my ps4 either.

Do not trust the Upgrade tab that says 'You are already running the latest firmware'. The firmware your are running should be at the bottom of host filtering screen and look like this.

Ttoasta18 Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 I just upgraded to version 1.03.4 and it brought me back to the home screen but I got a pop up that says oops, there was a problem loading external resources. Any ideas what that means?

Ttoasta18 Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 so I am up and on the internet so it is working my xbox can go online and I have it hooked up to the netduma but none of the netduma features seem to be working when I go to find a match on advanved warfare I see nothing on the geo filter map

Thank you very much it worked as soon as i downloaded google chrome and used it everything for the xbox has worked. Just have to try and find my ps4 somewhere and will be good to go.
