I think playing with is on will be better as you will find games faster and will be able to play with everyone who has a low ping to you

depends on what playlist you play and where you live

 

if you are from the US and BTB or TS is what you play then you can use it, for any other playlist i wouldnt really mess with it as the player population is so low that you barely will make any use out of ping assist

Depending on the time of day it can be harder to find games so anything to help your game would be a good idea. Remember to put it around 20ms above what your base ping is
