PharmDawgg
Can you email [email protected] & they will figure out the quickest way to get it sorted. Sorry about the inconvenience. The two administrators that you want to contact are Iain and Fraser. They will probably respond to this thread as soon as they see it. Either one or both will be on tomorrow. They will probably have to connect to your router to resolve the situation. Again don't worry it will be rectified as soon as possible.
Dynamite84
Right on....want to test it out with the Black Ops 3 beta this wednesday. Hopefully they will have me up and running.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 16, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted August 16, 2015 Right on....want to test it out with the Black Ops 3 beta this wednesday. Hopefully they will have me up and running. I'm not sure about the failing to upgrade. But something similar happened to me where I couldn't load any pages and the GUI was unresponsive. If you plug the power out the back of the router, wait five seconds then plug it back in, do the pages work? If they do, then does trying the upgrade again work? Dynamite84
Power cycled both the router and modem numerous times....tried upgrading after doesn't work.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 16, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted August 16, 2015 Power cycled both the router and modem numerous times....tried upgrading after doesn't work. And those pages still don't load? Is the rest of the GUI unreponsive? If it is then can you right click the page, click inspect element then on the tab at the top that appears click 'console'. Then take a screen shot of that

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted August 16, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted August 16, 2015 Ok, the text is overlapping a bit and that isn't the whole message but it doesn't matter Probably just best to wait for tomorrow when Fraser/Iain is on because even if the error shows what the problem is, I don't think it will be possible to fix without them

Unplug the duma for 5 minutes and then try again. Though I saw you posted in the .6 upgrade thread so I would wait for us to access your router so we can let you know it is safe to upgrade. xG3orG3x
I was getting the same error when trying to upgrade over a wifi connection from 1.03.5. After hardwiring my PC to the Netduma, it worked flawlessly.

Dillinger
Replied to you in chat Crash. If you are trying to upgrade from 1.03.3 to 1.03.6 WITHOUT having Fraser make the necessary changes, you will encounter problems. Have you posted in, and gotten the go ahead from Fraser, in this thread: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/11018-major-netduma-upgrade-now-available-v-1036/

Dillinger
thank you. im new to this badass router. its been working flawless since this past December until now. not totally sure what to do. There is nothing wrong and please don't worry. You just need to follow the steps to go from one version to the next. Once Fraser/Other make the changes, you should be able to upgrade without issue. Crashoverride
True to reply to your email Dillinger but said it failed. Yea I'm using Google Crome on all my devices that connect to the netduma. I can click the menu functions but after that just the pulsating load bars. I tell you. Kinda hipnotic when you watch them for awhile. Lol
