RichardB Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Hello, Just got the router set up yeasterday and no servers are showing on the map.( Ping heatmap ) How can i fix it?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 30 Administrators Posted April 30 We are updating Ping Heatmap via the cloud so in a few hours it should be showing servers again. They can become outdated which is why they no longer ping. It will not affect the functioning of the Geo-Filter though.

Luis5409 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I just got the R3 modem and I am completely disappointed. It has made my ping worse IVE DONE EVERYTHING . Changed the server location and resynced the cloud and nothing. I dont know waht to do at this point. The modem has given me more lag on call of duty than before.
