  1. Hello, Thank you for all the good information, it helped a lot. I think you’re probably right that the Amsterdam server is related to Cloudflare/DNS and not the actual game server itself. I also noticed that things seem to change depending on whether EU friends join my party or not, so I’ll test that more as well. One thing I’m still curious about: Do you think hybrid routing solutions like LagoFast/ExitLag could affect how the Geo-Filter detects the actual game server locations or relays? Thanks again for the help.
  2. Hello, Yes, I managed to fix it enough so that I’m able to use the Geo-Filter most of the time, but very often this server also shows up and causes issues. Especially when I have other EU friends in the party, even if I’m the host. I’ve also allowed a lot more servers now — could that be causing problems? Or are you supposed to have some servers on allow and some on deny? Do you know if this Amsterdam server is an actual game server or if it’s an auth/relay server?
  3. Hey, I often get stuck on an Amsterdam server even when my filters are set to other regions like NA or other parts of the US. It shows up as the host and keeps switching back and forth between that server and the US server I’m trying to connect to, but nothing actually happens. Is this some kind of authentication server or what exactly is it? And how can I avoid this from happening?
  4. Okey, but when will it be back up? I want to use the heatmap to check and try different ones
  5. Hello, Fraser The ping heat map has not been working for one week again. last time i wrote it in the post it did work only for 1 week. Can you please fix the ping heat map so i can use this router with the heatmap? that ping heatmap is one of the main reasons that i bought the router so i really hope its coming up again verry soon
  6. Hello, servers are still not showing. You told last week it will be fixed. Is somthing wrong with my router or how can I fix it? Becouse this is one of the main reasons I bought the router
  7. yes i fix. yes i have added around 10 servers to the allow list
  8. No its off. I tried to change the filter from us to Spain to see if that’s working, but still not working. This is the server it’s stuck to
  9. It worked once but now it’s not working again. I have tried to repet the process multiple times and it’s still not working. Seems like it’s connecting to Amsterdam without connecting to a lobby
  10. Okey, thanks! Will let you know if it works
  11. I am on pc. I connect to these servers with exitlag many times and the ping is not to much so it should not be a problem but I maybe doing something wrong?
  12. Hi, I just got a Netduma router and I’m trying to connect to US servers from Europe, but it just keeps searching and never connect me to a server. I’m targeting the closest US servers that I already know should work. I can actually see that the game detects the servers while searching, but it never connects to a lobby. Here are my settings: - Strict Mode: On - Geo-Latency: Off - Steady Ping: Off - I’ve set the filter around the areas where I know the US servers are Does anyone know what could be causing this or what I should change? Also, do I need to move my “home location” to the US for this to work?
  13. Hello, the servers are still not showing on the map ?
