Severs are not showing ain ping heatmap

Hello, 

Just got the router set up yeasterday and no servers are showing on the map.( Ping heatmap )  How can i fix it?

We are updating Ping Heatmap via the cloud so in a few hours it should be showing servers again. They can become outdated which is why they no longer ping. It will not affect the functioning of the Geo-Filter though.
