Ping heatmap not working for black ops 7

My ping heatmap is not working for black ops 7. i have tried resyncing the cloud aswell and it just doesn't seem to work... Any ideas?

We are aware of that, it should be back to normal now but if not we'll get it updated asap next week

Yeah yeah, I dont have any problems. Only one is the fact that I cant find italian o swiss servers. I only find games in german servers

Au pire, utilises le ping assist plutôt que la méthode de filtrage par zone !

cela te permettra de te rapprocher du serveur le plus proche (ping le plus faible)

Try that but still not find games.

PS. I do play with no crossplay at all...

Quel ping minimum tu as vers les serveurs sur ce jeu ?

Don't cover Germany and enable crossplay and you're likely to connect to Italy more often - it is one of those servers though that don't always appear to be active

Usually: Milan 6ms - Bern 10 - Frankfurt 15

I tried but still dont work either for Italian and either for the Swiss server

It may not always be available to connect to, try during peak times/at the weekend as it'll be more likely to be available then. I don't think there is a swiss server, I don't think they've ever had one in that location, if they do I've never seen anyone connect to it

Looks like the same situation of the beginning of BO6. No Italian server and I played for a bit only on Swiss (Bern) servers with 10ms ping. After a while I could play only on ITA server.

They do follow similar patterns each year, for example around launch people usually complain of bad connection more then as less people play it gets better, then during the holiday period it ramps up again, then goes down again then when the next is announced it goes up again etc. So as you said it is possible you'll play on it again soon. There is no reason from the router perspective though that it wouldn't allow you on specific servers.

I tried with every type of crosspla, waited for like 10 minutes.  :/

Do you ever connect to it with filtering disabled but where you can still see servers on the map?
