GEO-Filter Not working

Hi.

I have recently joined EE. Why does the filter show that I am connected to the London server on BF6, yet it does not connect me to that server? It shows me as having joined, but it just hangs.

(Yes, it is within my filter).

I know there are issues with Netduma and BF6 but it should be working when it says I am joining the London server and then does not place me into the game!

It seems that as more games come out, Netduma seems to fail more on its basic features, like joining the server is it showing I am joining!

I know it is a third party on EE, I have a XR500 as well, and it does the same on their before I switched to EE.

What is hanging exactly? What are you seeing on the game when it happens?

It starts to load the game like you are about to enter but it does not enter and the app shows my device in the game.

it just hangs at the lobby and then shows an error failed to connect about 30 seconds later.

P.S. The error you thought you fixed with the US server when in fact it is a UK, London server, still does not work!

Cleared the cache on the app as well.

When you get the error look at the map zoomed out quickly, do you see anything blocked? If so add it to your allow list, can you get into the game then? You may need to allow a few times.

A dev is looking at that Oklahoma server issue as it's more complex than we thought.

Hi Fraser,

OK I have allowed 5 times on the Okla server, it is a little better.

Frankfurt works perfectly every time it connects to that server, but the minute it tries the Oklahoma is all goes wrong.

Every time I finish a game and it starts to load the next map, it just hangs at 0 on the countdown time to load the next map.

 

Time frame on this fix?

Just to confirm, do you have any idea about when EE pushes updates to boost game? BF6 is currently not showing in when playing the game.

I don't know if they have set times or not but we need to get their say so for when we can push updates

Yes we're aware of that, it'll be fixed in the update when approved
