Hi, There are a lot of known issues with latency issues in this year's Call of Dirty; many have stopped playing due to the mess. I tried everything to get it better, but no matter what I did, it was always the same, back a few years ago. It has been like this for years with COD, and it won't be changing any time soon. I stopped playing COD at the end of MW3, and many other friends did the same. COD is not what it used to be, and there isn't much the Duma can do to change their mess right now. It may change with the new engine update with MW4, but time will tell. (Not hopeful at all). I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but nothing will help; you will get replies from others that may offer some help. I took a lot of advice, and nothing worked

It is pinging all servers all over the world but not the UK.

Sorry that was the wrong photo, please see my attached. I have it over the the UK, see attached. It does not detect any servers when searching for a game, and it try to load me into a game and crashes back to the search button, BF6! There is something wrong, it is trying to connect me to San Jose and other far way servers!

Hi, It seems there are some issues. I want to connect to the UK server. When I place my device and location over the UK, it does not show the UK server. (Please do not tell me there are no UK servers, I have checked at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm and 11pm). If I move my device to the USA, it then pings and shows the UK server, and I can fav the server location. I have done all the same troubleshooting, removing the device, adding it again, etc., etc. The first Screenshot shows the UK server when my device is set to the USA. The second screenshot shows the UK server active but always tries to connect to the Frankfurt server, this server is rubbish, that is why I have blacklisted it out the filter. I cannot find ANY games when I blacklist the Frankfurt server; it just acts as if I am going into a game, and does not start the map load, it just refreshes the Start search. What is going on?

Hi Fraser, OK I have allowed 5 times on the Okla server, it is a little better. Frankfurt works perfectly every time it connects to that server, but the minute it tries the Oklahoma is all goes wrong. Every time I finish a game and it starts to load the next map, it just hangs at 0 on the countdown time to load the next map. Time frame on this fix?

It starts to load the game like you are about to enter but it does not enter and the app shows my device in the game. it just hangs at the lobby and then shows an error failed to connect about 30 seconds later. P.S. The error you thought you fixed with the US server when in fact it is a UK, London server, still does not work! Cleared the cache on the app as well.

Hi. I have recently joined EE. Why does the filter show that I am connected to the London server on BF6, yet it does not connect me to that server? It shows me as having joined, but it just hangs. (Yes, it is within my filter). I know there are issues with Netduma and BF6 but it should be working when it says I am joining the London server and then does not place me into the game! It seems that as more games come out, Netduma seems to fail more on its basic features, like joining the server is it showing I am joining! I know it is a third party on EE, I have a XR500 as well, and it does the same on their before I switched to EE.

Hi, I have just joined EE, I had the same issue. Here is how to fix: Call EE and check your account number is correct, my account number was not attached to my account and they needed to attach it. Then you can setup the mode.
