R2 Issues?

Hello, I can’t get the desktop to pull up on Safari or Google Chrome and the WiFi isn’t working from the router I have connected to the Duma. I have Internet through the Duma that’s hardwired straight to my laptop and it “appears” to be functioning correctly via the lights? I’ve tried factory resetting with the button on back and nothing changes. The homepage (duma desktop) appears to be trying to load on my laptop but the thinking icon just spins and it never displays?

What firmware version are you on? Can you access using either http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos at all? By WiFi isn't working do you mean no internet as well as no access?

While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

I can’t remember the version but definitely not the latest. Haven’t used the Duma in a year or 2. It had this issue then so I put it up. I only tried the 192.168.77.1, not the other and it showed Duma OS in the menu bar as if it connected, yet it never displayed. I have the Duma, then my PC and another router (using for WIFI only) hardwired to the Duma. All my lights on both the Duma and WIFI router are on as if everything’s fine, yet I don’t have WiFi and the DumaOS menu/screen won’t come up (it’s just blank as if the loading screen is stuck). My PC does have internet though, through the hardwired connection of the Duma. It’s weird! lol 😂. 
I have a Mac, how do I open the command prompt? Thanks!

Go into the network connection settings instead then and provide a screenshot of where it gives the IP address for your MAC please

Are you talking about going into the network settings of the Duma? If so, the problem is I can’t see the settings in the Duma since it won’t show on my Mac screen. I have no access to any screen on the Duma. It just stays stuck loading.

Great thanks and this is with the mac connected via ethernet to the R2 correct? What do you see when accessing 192.168.50.1 in your web browser?

No sir, this is connected to my other router but I’ll connect it to the Duma and resend. Sorry, I thought you just wanted the IP from the Mac itself.

I’m assuming once I hook up the Duma, I can try and access the IP address for the Duma through my Mac browser?

Yeah it needs to be from when you're connected to the R2. When you're connected to the R2 try the 192.168.77.1 IP and whatever the IP is shown on the screenshot you'll provide where it says router

This is what I get when i go to 192.168.77.1. Just loads and nothing happens……blank screen.

So basically, I have no Internet (I originally thought I did) with the Mac hard wired to the Duma and this is apparently why the desktop doesn’t show up for DumaOS. I’ve tried to factory reset, unplug etc, numerous times and nothing changes. I push the little button on the back and hold and still nothing changes.

Use a different web browser and then try accessing it please, it's likely you'll need to go through the setup wizard when you get access to get internet

As in Google Chrome instead of Safari? Already tried that and still the same thing.

It might be due to connecting with HTTPS, I know Safari forces it, Chrome might too which can be disabled on Chrome. Are you able to access via the DumaOS mobile app?

It never used to do that. Never had an issue until one day, it just decided to stop working and never came back. I’m unfamiliar with the mobile app.

Si tu as un téléphone portable connecté au wifi du R2, il y a une application pour accéder à l'administration du router Netduma !
