Ping Optimizer has encountered a problem

R3 ping optimizer and Speed Test are not working. I rebooted, restarted, etc. I cannot get it to work.

I had to factory reset the router. Seems to be working now. Not sure why this happened in the first place?

@Wr3ck3rIt's a known issue currently being addressed. It doesn't impact the router, and you can use speedtest.net as an alternative.

I had to roll back the firmware to get Speedtest and ping op to work. I’ll wait for the next update to test.

As others mentioned we're aware it's not 100% accurate at the moment and the alternatives are:

• Speed Test - Enter your speeds manually / use speedtest.net and then enter speeds manually
• Ping Optimizer - Adjust Congestion Control manually (which is what PO does for you), start with 70% which is a good starting point and adjust from there if needed
