Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?

Si lo conecte a otro toma corriente directo , cambie el adaptador, reinicie desde el R2 , arranca bien la configuracion pero cuando va cargar la interfaz se queda ahi y no hace nada

mismo problema hace 1 mes. no carga la interfaz de ninguna forma. hice todo lo que me indicaron aca y nada. si pudes solucionar por favor comentar para intentarlo. yo al menos estoy rendido

nada decidi apagarlo no funciono nada

Do you have many devices connected via wifi/ethernet? Unplug all devices, disconnect all devices from it, access using the mobile app, re-upgrade, close the app, wait 4 minutes. Then access again via the app, factory reset, close the app, wait 4 minutes. Then access and complete the setup wizard using the app, once you're through then start adding devices back to the router one by one and see if you can isolate a particular device/LAN port etc that might coincide with the issue.

No de hecho solo esta conectado mi celular iphone , hice el restablecimiento de fabrica desde la app y el problema es que al hacerlo cambio la contraseña del wifi y no la se, y desde la web se reinicia . LOL

The default WiFi password will be on the underside of the router

Ok funciono porque en la app funciona y en los puertos LAN para entrar por la web se empieza a reiniciar ? ya cambie a varios navegadores y nada

descargue  la guarde en el movil y la instale desde aqui ya que desde la web no me lo permitia porque se reiniciaba y funciono esta version si cargo en mi R2.

Parece que el problema era de la version del firware DumaOS 4.0.258

volver a la version es la solucion

@Netduma Fraser This would also probs resolve my issue to am on this firmware but cant update as person can above i disable wifi on the router as i only use ethernet so cant accese via the app but its the exact same issue like with others .. My R2 is sitting in draw as its  a useless brick atm with whatever was done via the firmware to cause it all was fine before anything was changed and sure was not my end as you can see many others having the same issue its the firmware as like the above he rolled back now works fine its blatently the firmware or a line of code used for that firmware from what av noticed like the person above duma software on the router does not give the router a lan connection nor the correct ip address  ... Please get this addressed asp what are people ment to do who cant update firmware or roll back mentioned this months ago when i first got this issue nothing been done all keep seeing is more and more people with the issue no fixes or any way to resolve it but left in the dark this aint a good look at all for netduma

I don't think this is a common issue at all and don't forget you'll only see issues posted here. It is also an Early Access firmware not ready for public distribution and so bugs are expected. If you want to downgrade I'd suggest factory resetting so you can then connect via WiFi with the default credentials to then downgrade via the app
