You can keep UPnP enabled This did not work sadly and on my xbox in the Network settings it says UPNP unsuccessful even though my UPNP is enabled on the router should I try putting my console ip in the R1 DMZ setting? Sherman85
As I wrote, it is 100% the fault of the cloud. It is likely that the cloud on R1 is outdated or broken. I have found a partial fix for the problem. Even though the filter was disabled, I added a server in the US with a human icon as an allowed server and was able to join matches. This is a partial workaround because adding this server only works for crossplay on. If I checked crossplay only consoles I couldn't connect to any match even though I tried to add popup servers on the geofilter map. The strange thing is that I had to add this US server to the allowlist even though the geofilter is disabled. I don't have enough knowledge to do anything more about it, but 100% the problem is related to the cloud. Black ops 6 is not displayed in Heatmap, which indicates an outdated cloud. Can I get information on how to fix it or manually upload an up-to-date cloud?

I can't see how that's the case, it's showing a connection to it without an allowed circle around it so it's not blocked and can be connected to when you have the Geo-Filter off. I can pass it on but I don't think that's it. Resync the cloud on Heatmap and see if it appears, if not I'll pass it on
Sherman85
Unfortunately, after restarting the game, the problem returns, re-adding servers to the allowlist does not help with the geofilter disabled. Re-syncing the cloud doesn't do anything. Can you send a screenshot of how the list of games in the heatmap on R1 should look like? I also have another idea, I would like to disable rapps geofilter from autostart but the option is grayed out. How do I get rapps off autostart? Resync the cloud on Heatmap and see if it appears, if not I'll pass it on I have to agree the black ops 6 servers for some reason do not show up on the serverlist but games that do show work fine. It definitely could be a possibility. Re-syncing did nothing for the server list either. Also putting my console in DMZ mode did nothing either so for now until maybe a hotfix comes in for the R1 it is out for the count.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 4 Administrators Share Posted April 4 I'll let the team know the cloud needs updating and we can see if it works after that. You can't disable the features on the router that way EpicUnbuffed and Sherman85
Sherman85
Has the issue been reported and when can we expect a fix? I still can't connect to any matches. Black ops 6 is not listed in Heatmap.

BO6 is definitely on heatmap, it does sound like you need to resync the cloud on Heatmap and Geo-Filter and then try again 15 hours ago, EpicUnbuffed said: any updates? We're testing a cloud update internally currently and then we'll make it public. EpicUnbuffed
