Hey can someone help me ? So I resync cloud under ping heat map and now when I go check ping heat map under COD it shows this under attached image. All the other games work just fine it’s only COD that shows it like that. 
things I tried to fix it I resynced the cloud several times under ping heat map settings and I tried factory reset modem and router with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

We're aware of Heatmap and will be updating it via the cloud this week but it will not effect your ability to use the Geo-Filter.

  1. Download the file from: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/60946-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-401147/
  2. Access the router interface
  3. Go to Settings > Troubleshooting
  4. Click Upload Firmware button
  5. Click choose a file and select the file you downloaded
  6. Upgrade and wait 5 minutes before accessing/moving off the page/refreshing

Will there be any more updates for this router?  I’m very disappointed with its performance, ping optimizer never works, steady ping hardly works, can’t ping servers, just overall bad experience for me.  And what does this mean in the log files ?
