Comp0za
this keeps coming up on the logs "[DumaOS] process '//usr/bin/dpiclass' died restart:true" is it something I should be worried about?
PharmDawgg
This specific error typically indicates that the Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) classification service has crashed but is automatically set to restart. Reboot the Router: Sometimes, a simple reboot can fix temporary issues with the services. Power off the router for 1–2 minutes and then turn it back on. If the crashing is not affecting your internet performance significantly, you can leave the process to restart automatically. Comp0za
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6 Administrators Share Posted January 6 Good answer above - if you're not noticing an issue alongside the log you can ignore it Comp0za

I have the same error that causes me to not be able to use QOS and ADBLOCK. I have made it known in the R14 beta forum and this has been going on for a month now and there is no solution. I don't want to be rude, but I'm wondering if @Fraser passes these bugs on to the developers since they've been mentioned or just ignores them. log-1736301009686.txt

Ameryjr
This has happened to me too. Ever since I upgraded to RC14 [DumaOS] process '//usr/bin/dpiclass' died restart:true, This log pops up and qos & ADblocker fail to function. Regardless of what you do this returns. No matter the amount of restarts/factory resetting. Even if you downgrade it still happens within a 6-12 hour window. I'm a long time netduma user I can say gladly there's a firmware most likely the intermediary or RC 14 that ruins the router. This is the 2nd xr500 that has been affected by this. Might be time to return to the R series Wish I still had my OL R1 thing was legendary.
