Opening the router interface is slow.

When opening the interface, it loads very slowly. Before, the screen appeared immediately, but now I have to wait a long time

I have also reset it, but it didn't work. I only discovered this issue today; it wasn't happening before

Same. I read another post about this issue earlier today. I didn’t think much of it until I started experiencing the same issue just a few hours ago. I have restarted the router a couple of times and still loads the interface very slowly.

Some areas don’t work. Example, the time zone section is blank/can’t change it.

Some sections take so long to load, they load with errors in the text.

It is very unlikely that anything would be 'down' in order to cause this type of problem, the only thing would be a cloud update that's corrupted for example but this is unlikely.

What browsers/devices are you using to access? Does this happen on the mobile app?

I have had reports that the router has been acting unusual for a number of people, symptoms seem to include:

  1. Slow loading of interface pages
  2. Trouble getting past the Setup Wizard after a factory reset

#1 - (Unconfirmed Solution): After waiting 30 seconds - 1 minute on the interface without doing anything it appears to be fine and snappy as usual. If you close the interface it will happen again the next time you go on the interface.
#2 - (Unconfirmed Solution): Please skip through the wizard so you can access the interface, then reboot from the interface and wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you get internet please.
3# - (Pending Solution) The team have reverted the last cloud change within the last 30 minutes, this should propagate to your router over time but please resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter and see if that resolves the issue.

This is an ongoing situation, I would appreciate any reports of symptoms/fixes for these issues so that I can provide as much information to the dev team and provide other users with reassurance.

Please do not factory reset the router in an attempt to fix the situation as you may be stuck on the wizard without internet, if this is the case please try #2, if this persists please comment back.

@Netduma Fraser

Seems to be back to normal for me, too!

For reference, I was experiencing the issues on Chrome (macOS), iOS DumaOS app, and via iOS mobile browser. Thank you!
