Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 8 Administrators Share Posted September 8 If you can record that actually happening with https://jam.dev that would be really helpful, it will pick up the errors from the browser console that can help us determine the cause
Mikey85
Same problem here, several times a day, I’ve tried all different settings and still the same problem persist. I even reset to factory settings to go back to the old firmware but this don’t change anything. Please let me know if a fix has been found? I've given you Early Access, you can try the firmware there to see if that helps at all.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 12 Administrators Share Posted September 12 There is a specific firmware here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=422537 for disconnects you can try if that doesn't help. It screams to me that there’s much more wrong with this it’s just so inconsistent. I’ll test tomorrow now and let you know
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14 Administrators Share Posted September 14 That firmware is just for disconnects so you may encounter other issues with it but we're just concerned with that aspect - that firmware won't be used as a basis for next updates and we've already released a later one
Mikey85
This is very frustrating I can barely even connect again there seems many more problems with this one, can’t even access the Dumas, what do I do? I’m connected via pppoe I don’t know if there’s any other way to try connecting? Is it better to have ipv6 on or off, my internet speed is only 75mb broadband. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14 Administrators Share Posted September 14 Do a factory reset on it then try again going through the wizard please - if you have another router handle PPPoE instead you wouldn't need to set that on the R3. Mikey85
I’ve got it up and running most of the day. I have a modem vigor 130 would you suggest I set up the pppoe on that then? I’m not sure how to access the interface of that one
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 14 Administrators Share Posted September 14 I think that's a pure modem so you wouldn't be able to do it on that one, if you had another you could. I suspect if you reset it should be better after that.

Gaetarn3
Hi, since the last update my netduma router stopped working during the day, the internet no longer works, I restart the router and everything works, it happens randomly, I tried to put the previous firmware but it has the same problem, what could it be?? Thank you I read above, is there a new firmware to solve this?
