mohands
Hi, My ISP was Telstra (Australia) and the steady ping status was working. I changed the ISP to Aussie broadband, and the steady ping status stopped working. I changed again to Telstra, and it is working back again. So, what is the reason behind that? swippur
Steady ping doesn’t work on every server.. so I’m guessing the isp you’re having problem with has bad routing to the servers you’re playing on On the ISP it’s not working with do you get the message saying this server can’t be stabilized or something like that?? DARKNESS
@swippurIt more or less so though reality is it fails majority of the time so it needs to be worked upon.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 31 Administrators Share Posted March 31 As above it won't work on every single game session/game you play, if we can we'll expand on that support, the only reason could be the routing to the servers I would have thought
DARKNESS
@Netduma FraserIs there a specific section were you can provide ID's for Steady Ping for them to get compatibility quicker? As Apex Legends doesn't seem to work with it at all which is sorta disappointing as it one of the top 3 battle royales. https://gamesight.io/leaderboards/battle-royale-games

The steady ping is working on all servers for me and it says “stabilized” but the status fails on 1 isp and the other is working perfectly. My ping is the same on the two ISPs. I’m talking about the graph only

This is why for example some games you don't get a ping either. DARKNESS
