Search matches only in America

Hi, today I couldn't play for 2 hours, because I was using geolocalization in Europe .

Then I enlarged the area to be able to find matches but it only finds them in America (I live in Italy and I don't use VPN).

I have already rebooted the modem and reset the netduma to factory settings several times 

How can I solve it?

The suggestions below should help if you are continuing to connect to servers outside of your radius. 
* Disable GeoLatency
* Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
* Enable Strict Mode
* Disable Fast Search
Then restart the game if that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and check again.

Just to clarify the only way you can change regions is by using HVPN which isn't available at the moment technically yes you can find a match in another region but you'll be waiting indefinitely.

To note looking at your radius it is extremely small which I don't recommend preferably anywhere between 150-500 miles if your using radius from your own location. The only game were you can set your radius on the ocean is cod and that if your using ping assist to get a low ping server of whatever you set your ping assist.

The server just seems to mislocalize!

Try updating the geo-filter in the 3-point menu "resync cloud" !

No, the radius is open to the maximum otherwise it won't find matches.

Activision said it's not a problem with my account, I don't know how to solve it, it connects me to American servers

If the radius is covering the world then you'll be able to connect to all games so it'll connect you wherever. It does appear though as above that the server there is mislocated so resyncing the cloud as suggested may resolve that for you so you can reduce the radius again.
