Pingheatmap

Recommended Posts

Hello guys… I had issues before about my pingmap taking too long to load and not showing… I had made a post about this and you guys responded for me to change some setting in the rapps I believe and change the number of tries … I reset my router and can’t remember how to do it again

Option 1:Locate the Reset button on the back of your router. With the router powered on, use the pointed end of a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds. Wait for the router to fully reset and power back on.

Option 2: Settings>Administration>Backup Settings>Erase

I think you're referring to this: Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
