DARKNESS Posted February 1 Share Posted February 1 Option 1:Locate the Reset button on the back of your router. With the router powered on, use the pointed end of a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds. Wait for the router to fully reset and power back on. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 1 Administrators Share Posted February 1 I think you're referring to this: Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
