Iphone App.

is there a way to get the Duma App to work? I've tried multiple times deleted app, rebooted router and nothing. any help would be appreciated.

my issue is that it wont connect at all either by scanning the card provided or connecting manually (on iphone 15). it worked one time when received it but since then, i have rebooted and reset with no luck. my new issue is on PC see the picture below. these are the same issues i was having with the xr500, xr1000.  it really sucks to have to reset everything then have to go back and redo all the settings again time after time. I haven't had this new unit for 30 days, lol. at this point not sure what to do. i got the new router thinking it would be just plug and play..

and yes i have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times. other then setup ip address nothing else has been done. i reserved ip address because for some reason some of my devices keep duplicated multiple Ip addresses each time.

I also have this same issue on the current firmware and previous versions as well.

No I haven’t disabled SmartBOOST.  It works for IOS games but doesn’t for PS5 (MW3).

I tried port forwarding for all the MW3 ports and with and without a DMZ but still no daily total shows for gaming for my PS5.  My kids have a PS5 as well and it shows daily gaming activity recorded when they play games on that PS5.  Not sure if it's something with MW3 or just my PS5.  I misspoke about the IOS games.

@Netduma Fraser Both are connected via ethernet cable.  I have smartboost prioritized as below.  When I play COD the R3 recognizes Call of Duty (Series) as active but I never see the gaming category active in the pie chart and no activity gets recorded for daily gaming activity.

@Netduma Fraser This is whats showing in smartboost while playing COD in simple mode.  No change.

any tips for the interface not loading on PC and on Iphone? if i reset it works perfectly for the day on my pc but on the following day it will not work again. for my phone app (iphone 15) i cant get it to connect at all. manually or by scanning the provided card.

I believe it's to do with SmartBOOST and or IPv6 being enabled, disabling these seems to help it not happen as much, it's something we're looking into.

Another user commented about the app that in Settings on your phone for the apps you need to give it local network privilege, does that work?

yesterday did the new update. the interface worked perfect but still wasnt able to log in by iphone. today i was curious so went to log into R3 interface,

 

at this point i really dont feel like messing with the R3 and being that i bought this last month I would like to see about returning the unit back. i just dont have the patience nor skill to be doing all these configurations. please advice.

 

PS never was able to log back in with my iphone.

I've not seen that error on the R3 at all so far. What is the URL for when you get that error? Yes it does need that permission to work, if you enable that in settings it should then work.
