Rizzo777
Every single time I do a test on ping optimizer it comes back 100% on both download and upload it literally does nothing. Even when I try to change the values on my own the results don't change at all I cant optimize my Internet at all I'm on the 23 firmware aswell and honestly it hasn't changed anything for me still getting all the same problems. Can anyone at netduma help me out at all because gaming for me on this R3 just ain't working at all higher pings, higher jitter, slower gameplay just feels horrible. pollutionblues
The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues. For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced

Plus geo filter isn't working neither is steady ping literally all the things I bought the R3 for don't even work. I used to get 7-10 ping in games now ever single game is anywere from 30-50 and that's with steady ping off also. sloon

I'm testing on waveform and no matter what I put my values at I get back the same results everytime. 50/50 gets the same results as 100/100. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 16 Administrators Share Posted January 16 Have you set it to Always? Do you have speed test bypass enabled?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 16 Administrators Share Posted January 16 It needs to be set to Always if you're doing those kinds of tests otherwise it won't apply

PharmDawgg
Congestion Control Always On (Enabled) = the slider adjustments will affect your bufferbloat tests that you run. Speed Test Bypass (Enabled) = when you run speed tests (i.e. SpeedTest by Ookla) the slider adjustments will not affect your speed test results - the results should be your full speeds you pay for. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 16 Administrators Share Posted January 16 Exactly as above so Always + Disabled and it should reflect your changes then
