Ping optimizer problem

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I just set up my r3 and tried to run the "optimize my ping" setting. I have received the same error every time, "ping optimizer encountered a problem, unable to complete due to external circumstances".

Anyone else and is there a fix or solution?

Thank you

The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues.

For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced

Do you have SmartBoost enabled? as you can't adjust the sliders when it is disabled

As above, sounds like you have SmartBOOST disabled
