jmoorect1979 Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 Hello, I just set up my r3 and tried to run the "optimize my ping" setting. I have received the same error every time, "ping optimizer encountered a problem, unable to complete due to external circumstances". Anyone else and is there a fix or solution? Thank you
pollutionblues Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues. For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced jmoorect1979, Netduma Fraser and Zippy 3
jmoorect1979 Posted January 14, 2024 Author Posted January 14, 2024 Thank you for reply, I have done that and figured that would be the best fix until things are worked out.
