Can't optimize ping or speed test

I've followed all the steps to set up my R3 but I am getting no readings from speed test or ping optimization. ISP is Spectrum. Please Help.

I have Spectrum as well..

You went through the setup wizard and have a connection?

Could you explain more by what you mean you have no readings?

Currently if you have IPV6 enabled you might want to try and disable that as IPV6 might be the cause.

The team are aware that Speedtest and ping optimiser are not 100% reliable and are working to solve the issues.
 

For the moment I would suggest running a test on speedtest.net and entering your speeds manually then manually adjusting your Congestion Control sliders in Ping Optimiser > Advanced

As above, would suggest changing manually for the moment while we work to improve the reliability.

Okay, that’s what I will do. My ping is a little higher than before but with steady ping on that’s okay because it won’t be as volatile? I really am trying to get help with bullet reg in Call of Duty so any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's exactly how it works. It raises the ping so it absorbs any jitter/spikes you may have otherwise felt and thereby ensuring a constant smooth ping for the entire game.
