Their support and promises of incoming updates for over 2 years is laughable. It should no longer be taken seriously. Anyway, one of the login issues with the 1.0.0.68 is that, after factory reset, it may change the IP from 192.168.1.1 to 10.0.0.1 or vice versa. The reality is different. My ISP Modem/Router is always at 192.168.2.1 XR1000 only with 1.0.0.68 seems to randomly pick either 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 confusing the login.
