  • My guy people have already tried to explain what your situation in your case you want to act like a buffoon then keep acting like one there the translation in your language if you can even read that is...😂 Once HVPN is available you can use it with geofilter and should be able to get better routing doing so and lock into the closest server but as of currently were waiting for the feature to come back.
  • It clearly doesn't state anything about routing but the ability to select nearby servers to connect to in addition you don't necessarily need the ping heatmap most servers will be around you and you can tell were there located by launching the game and looking at geofilter.
  • If you want them to be supported quicker add the ID as this is mostly data collected from Users and Netduma

Can geo location effect the routing to the server like

situation is

according to geo location i am way farther then my current location which means around 1300 kms

and from my location to server is 900 kms

if i take a static ip can this solve my issue if i ask my isp to host that static ip from server location which is in mumbai

will this help me if i do this ?

———————————————————————

and if i am using vpn ping is going down but is not stable like its flucting alot from 20-40 . Can it become more stable once Hvpn comes ?

Get it out of your head that the router can have any decision on the route to the server... your ISP does that unless you use a VPN. Even if you ask for a static IP in Mumbai, your internet connection/console still needs to get to Mumbai.

@vinu hunterYou can try they should be able to change it though I don't think you need a static IP as if someone ddos you'll have to personally contact your ISP to change it so it best to get a dynamic IP if possible if not then give it a try and see what happens. To build upon I can't guarantee that your ISP will be giving you the route they say there giving you as some ISP's lie which is why people use vpn's to change there routing.

Though you can check your routing to an extent by checking the IP am not an expert though I do know you can do this to verify if your ISP is lying or not etc...

  • No Geofilter does not change routing all it does is give you the ability to select the servers

All this is why ExitLag integration would be a great and easier solution for most people.

hybrid VPNs serve a big purpose to trick a game server into thinking youre in one place when youre not, but not using the actual tunnel for your game traffic.  That is the 90% use case of Hybrid VPNs.  For every other game in which that strategy wont work to get Bot Lobbies in Modern Warfare a simple automatic game traffic routing proxy is the best solution hands down.

So Exitlag does not maintain a good connection even though it lowers your ping?

can I ask what your isp offers in the way of your package?

Could you name your isp out of interest please.

your main issue is the servers are not showing under your geo filter so you can’t select them. Perhaps you should link your video to help Fraser understand your issues.

so how to setup a good proxy for a specific game ???

Exitlag maintains good ping

but i am saying for vpn service private vpn they do have physical servers in my location near game server

but

ping is not stable in private vpn

But exitlag provides stable ping without any spikes

And exitlag also maintains the Open NAT, does not change IP address.

There was a way to setup another gaming proxy service called Mudfish on OPENWRT, but it's an older version of OPENWRT, and requires a specific model.. Not sure how it functions
