So many question to ask pls response

1. First my ps5 always top priority and only 1 that is connected on the priority list but whys i still feel delay when other devices watches youtube facebook and downloading heavy files… suddenly when i see that on network monitor all my players in fc 24 feels like truck and seconds delay before passing… it only improves when all devices i will set internet rule… 

2. Do i always have to restart the router just to connect on the new server that i set for example on my geofilter its connected to Hongkong then when i want to change my geo to singapore i always get connected to HK server and not on Singapore…

3. When will you release VPN, in my R2 my connection to FC 24 mostly 18-30 full 5 bar… but now 40 ping and up even steady ping is turned off… and when i play ingame most of the time my ping jumps to 100 plus ping and its so frustrating.

4. How can i control the bandwidth of other devices specially those who download heavy files…

I'm not an FC player, but I do understand the "truck"/"mud" feeling. You might want to try going to Geo-Filter settings, and disable Geo-Latency and make sure Ping Assist is 0ms. This may help some, just a hunch.

As for changing different servers, I could be wrong, but I do believe you have to wait around 2 mins before the change of location is taken into consideration.

The VPN feature is coming, I don't know how soon, but it's coming soon in the early new year.

SmartBoost, there's a ADVANCED settings feature in top right corner when you click the three dots and click settings and change to ADVANCED. Then, you go back to SmartBoost, and on the right-hand side you should see Activities | Devices. Click on devices, and you'll be able to give which priority of device you see fit to have how much priority. For example, if you want to give many of other devices LOW Bandwidth, you like 50 - 100 value. But, if you want your gaming device to have the highest, give it 1000.

I would also check your congestion control settings by going to Ping Optimiser > Advanced, 70% is a good place to start but experiment and find what’s best for you. Also, make sure to reboot the console after making any geo-filter changes

Already did the 70,80 and 90 and still the same… looks like a bad decision that i buy the R3 instead of sticking on R2 with stable software with support in Open VPN

1. You'll need to adjust Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced that will help with this issue
2. Yes you will need to do that
3. The team will work on it in January
4. See 1, that should fix it, otherwise you can reserve bandwidth for devices by managing the profiles on SmartBOOST

Sad to say but i cannot take it any longer the damage that R3 did on my gameplay and i had to return the R2 as my main router again… pls work hard on the software…so many of us arr disappointed at this stage

It sounds more like there are some simple settings you can change to fix your issues which is usually the case but we will be fixing any bugs found
