I’m a Netduma user since R1 and have my R2 last year and this year R3,  i only play fifa and now FC24 as my online gaming no other than this game…

since i change my router yesterday my gameplay become so bad steady ping didnt help honestly thats why i turned it off…  i play most of the day and i never get at least 18 ping on my game… most of my ping in R2 is 18-30 but yesterday it’s 40-60 i barely got 30 ping… and my best server always singapore instead of HK… i cannot conclude yet as i’m waiting for Hybrid VPN to get into R3… another thing i’m already annoyed that i cannot see the the option of share excess download and upload…

another one is my confuse on setting up Port Forwarding, in R2 is automatic when u put numbers… now its not… i dont know if i made it correct or what…

Please patch this one Asap and if you have patch to give pls let me try

Have you put the R3 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router if applicable? Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Bandwidth Allocation doesn't exist in the old form, the router will intelligently allocate bandwidth based on your needs/priorities.

Do you mean the R2 automatically entered the end value? If so it's just the same port number you entered, put that for the end value.

@jorlanjorge

  Here is how you use Port Forwarding on the R3..

1) Give your port a Rule name.

2) select either "Port" or "Port Range".. If you are only opening one port then you would select "Port" as you are only forwarding one port..

3) Enter the port number you want to forward in each field.. example would be 3659..

Source Start  3659    Source End  3659

Destination Start  3659   Destination End  3659

4) select TCP or UDP or Both

5) Save the rule..

You have just forward one port.. Sometimes you have to restart the device for the rule to take effect..

If you have any other questions with Port Forwarding just let me know!

Thanks!

Question I have is if I have my eero router in the R3’s DMZ will this prevent me from opening ports for my PC to get an open NAT?  Every time I try to open a port I get an “unknown error”?

This happened once to me when you have a space in rule name. Try without space (rule1), may resolve the issue.
