purpleandgold33 Posted December 18, 2023 Posted December 18, 2023 Just got my R3 and I can't get it up and running. Plugged her in and try to connect via laptop and typed in password and says no internet. Cycled my modem off unplugged and restart and nothing. Need some help.

Internet light is on on the router but no internet.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 18, 2023 Administrators Posted December 18, 2023 When it fails, click the option to change WAN settings then you can skip, skip through the rest of the wizard. If you reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3 it may work then

Done it three times and nothing and can't connect from phone either.

We're working on any issues that have been reported thus far and hope to have a big update by the end of the week. We're able to get updates out way faster on DumaOS 4 so should just get better and better! purpleandgold33 1
