Hello Fraser. I'm waiting for the VPN. As soon as it's ready, could you send me the firmware. Every time the router is restarted (even with this firmware 4.0.41) the smartphone's wifi is connected but after a while it is connected without internet (the smartphone still navigates but the wifi icon has an exclamation mark). I attach photos. This problem has been happening since Samsung updated Galaxy S21FE to Android 14 ONE UI 6. Same thing happens with Galaxy S24 ULTRA.

happened to me on my old router aswell with my oneplus 8t A13.

sometimes my wifi would stay "connected" after leaving the house and driving 10km away. seems like an android bug rather than a router bug

Smartphone problem solved. I had the old Galaxy S21FE offline with the same IP in adblocker and devices. Removed via Duma OS app. Incredible.

Hi Netduma, when a new firmware version arrives(could you send it to me) with hybrid vpn beyond version 4.0.41 which is not a perfect perfect firmware(4.0.23 also had bugs). Stabilize the ping which with pingplotter is more stable with just the modem without the router. CPU graph still peaks at 100%. Solve upnp and PPPOE with the TIM (TELECOM) network. Improve smartboost, steadyping, ping optimizer (bufferbloat A+ and it gives me the triangles on low latency while on Netduma R2 I had green ticks) and update the eFootball 2024 servers, there are others that the heatmap doesn't detect in ping but you can see them when you look enter the game and you can ping them.

When the router starts it never stores the dark background screen but always the white one (which is actually very annoying to use even during the day). Use another color instead of white.

When the router starts it does not store pings optimiser mode on expert and speed test bypass is always active.

When a new firmware arrives we will post it in the forum like the .41 firmware. You don't need to repeat the issues you're having, once reported the first time the team can take a look at it. Thanks for the theme report, haven't heard about that. Are you turning the router off and on each night?

@Netduma Fraser

Yes. I turn it off at night using the router's on/off button because I don't want the wifi turned on. A wifi button was needed on the router like on the Netgear XR1000.

They are designed to be always on so that could be a contributing factor, you could disable the WiFi from the WiFi settings

@Netduma Fraser

Netgear XR1000 completely disabled all settings when turned off. So the problem is with the Netduma R3. A firmware tested already at launch was supposed to be released. Instead we are testers of a product that still works poorly.

What do you mean exactly? You were referring to turning off the WiFi

At startup the router does not remember the ping optimization mode on Expert and the speed test bypass is always active.
