DylanDM
I stated before that I have the xr1000, and now I’m having crazy issues with DumaOS. The current version of the xr1000 is v1.1.0.16 and the router seems to work okay, but it’s unreliable to say the least. But my issue right now is DumaOS. I’ve factory reset the router 3 times, and every time I try to login to DumaOS, it just says “DumaOS is not running!” nothing I do will work, so I’m guessing I have to roll back the firmware, but how do I do that without logging into the router itself?? Any help please?

DARKNESS
@DylanDMSo if your running the XR1000 behind no modem/router combo connected to it are you able to access the interference and get the OS running?
DylanDM
I have it connected to my modem currently. I managed to finally get into DumaOS for the set up, but I get to the end and it says “Something went wrong, dumaOS didn’t finish setting up”

DARKNESS
@DylanDMBridge mode is a setting within a router that turns off the router's Wi-Fi broadcast, turning it into a bridge between the network and another Wi-Fi router. https://kb.netgear.com/000060405/How-do-I-set-up-my-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-AX8-router-in-bridge-mode-and-enable-AX-Wi-Fi https://kb.netgear.com/27191/How-do-I-set-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-router-to-function-as-a-modem-only Edited November 14, 2023 by DARKNESS
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 14, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 14, 2023 Close the interface tab, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then attempt access, does it load correctly then?
