XR1000 - I boot the game ( FIFA) and I do not see any servers .

Can you guide me on how to set it up properly , please?

Try this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
7. Wait 2 minutes
8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.

No it should already have the PlayStation device type on the Device Manager so you can just follow the rest of the instructions

You'll only see servers when searching for a game/when you're in a game

@Netduma FraserI should have seen the servers when the game boots up - so you see where they are located. 
and yes when you search for a game... but nothing works.

There is nothing displayed on the Geo Filter...

If you ping something on Heatmap are the servers appearing for you there?

@Netduma Fraser , if I go to Ping Heatmap from the Dashboard, select FiFA 23  - it shows some servers yes.

You can try targeting the server in the Netherlands with the geofilter circle, which seems to be closest to you!

However, this may affect your multiplayer game search time as only "this server/s" will be open.

Have followed the steps to setup the geo filter ...waited 10 minutes instead of 2... still nothing

@Fuzy I am in the dark here... I tried to use the heatmap to locate a server in the geo filter but ,  how would you know that works if nothing is displayed 

geofilter is empty nothing shows up

If PING HEATMAP works, then something is broken with the GEO Filter, someone did some changes and it is broken...I cannot understand

Ok i managed to make it work, have adjusted the steps below for anyone else who wants to use it:

 

1. Shutdown your Console / PC / Device you want to use for Geo Filter
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Give PC (PlayStation Device) Type in the Device Manager (if on PC), if on Console keep as it is allocated (e.g.Playstation )
4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
5. Reboot the router
6. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
7. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
8. Wait 2 minutes
9. Boot up application/game/client
