Boom Posted April 9, 2023 Share Posted April 9, 2023 Hi So I did the 3.3 update for my R2 and factory reset afterwards but now when I use the ping heat map it doesn't show me any servers for warzone 2. Additionally if I set my polygon mode for the east coast of America when I search for a game it never finds one. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 9, 2023 Administrators Share Posted April 9, 2023 Ping Heatmap gets out of date fairly often as they change the servers being used, we'll be able to update that after Easter but shouldn't cause you any issues on the Geo-Filter. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
