Cannot log into Netduma R2

I'm currently running that latest firmware (3.2.453). It was working fine for a while, but recently I haven't been able to log into my router. The ethernet/wifi works fine until I try to load dumaos, which then causes my router to crash and I lose internet for a few moments. One of the errors I get is "Uncaught ReferenceError: d3 is not defined". I have tried to factory reset but that didn't help. It will load a couple of the modules in the dashboard but always crashes quickly. I've even tried to revert to a previous firmware and it won't even let me do that. Just constant spinning. I've also tried to log into the router on a laptop and that didn't work either.

Welcome to the forum!

Are you able to get to this link:

http://192.168.77.1/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.settings

Then enable remote access to tech support and hit Save Settings?

If you are, let me know and I may be able to access your R2 and get it out of the state that it's in.

Thanks, and are you posting here from a device that's connected to the R2 or to the modem?

On that topic, what's the make and model of your ISP modem? Is it a router/modem combo (with Wi-Fi), or is it a pure modem?

The reason I ask is I'm having trouble connecting to your R2, it may be that I have the wrong IP for you as I'm just using what I can see here on the forum, or it may be that your modem is dropping my requests. If it is, are you able to put the R2 in the DMZ of your router/modem?

It's the router connected to a modem through an ethernet. Sorry, I was connected to a VPN when I was posting in the forum. I've disconnected it so hopefully that fixes that.

We still don't seem to be able to access it. From a device connected directly to the R2, can you google 'What is my IP' and DM that IP over to me?

I still don't seem to be able to access it, does this match the IP that you see in System Information -> Network Status? Did you definitely hit 'Save settings' after enabling remote access?

Sorry. It must have been different. HOPEFULLY, I just sent the correct thing this time. lol

That's the LAN IP of the R2 so unfortunately that won't help me here.

What's the make and model of your ISP modem? Is it a pure modem (No Wi-Fi capability), or is it a router/modem combo that you can connect devices to with Wi-Fi?

It is a pure modem. It is a Calix P-Series 711GE: Outdoor ONT for SFU. Right now the modem has a router connected to it, but it's too far from where I am stationed for the Wifi to work well. I have a long ethernet cable that connects my R2 to that main router. Is that the issue with IPs?

We're just updating your unit now to the latest Early Access release, could you let us know if that's worked and you can access without any errors?

It's still doing the same thing. Won't load anything, then I just lose internet connection all together. I tried opening the Geo-Filter tab and got this error --> Uncaught Security Error: Blocked a frame with origin "https://dumaos" from accessing a cross-origin frame.

Could you do a factory reset now please and then see if the same issues occur and see what firmware you're on please

I did a factory reset and went through the setup process. Once I finished all that, I was left with this infinite buffer wheel. I do have internet going through it though.

Access using 192.168.77.1 instead and see if that loads, if not, clear your browser cache/cookies and see if it correctly loads then please.

Did both but that didn't fix. I actually figured it out. My anti-virus (Kaspersky) decided to randomly start interfering with the website. I added http://192.168.77.1/ as a trusted website so it would be ignored and now it works. Sorry for the wild goose chase but I appreciate the effort to help! ❤️
