Andrews and Arnold uk ISP

Anyone used this isp? Bit more pricey but wanted to put it out there to see if it's worth the £50+ a month first, thanks in advance

Haven't heard of them before but a quick search says they have quite a few awards so they can't be all bad!

Yeah me too actually, fed up with my mainstream cloggy isp (sky) :-( my pings not great but could be better, it can always be better haha

Haha very true! Well the plus side if you did go with them is they look like they're a smaller ISP in which case their customer support is probably a lot better and will probably be more willing to help with any issues you have

they sound like a no win no fee, injury claims, management company.

I frequent think broadband site they have a forum on there.

I have not used them but many praise how they get open reach to sort any problem out of you have a line problem they will make it right , that's the bottom line.

 

Like you say expensive and with low caps on useage

Hahaha toby yes they do. yeah true zennon, just toying with ideas and thinking of changing isp

Great ISP but unlikely to really improve ping unless you have an issue just now? Their network capacity will be less stretched than a Mainstream ISP at peak times, but they still have to either peer with Talk Talk or BT backhaul depending on how the line is provisioned. Those parts of the network can still be poor regardless of ISP.

 

If you are a home user with a busy line they are really too dear for the average consumer.
