Tua PR
Hi, I am writing because I have realized for some time that the speed test on my XR1000 is not accurate. In the test it tells me that I have low speeds, but when I do the test in Speedtest. com or do a Download gives me the correct speeds. Does this affect my settings and configurations in the QOS? Netduma Liam
Is it just for upload you're noticing this? What do you have the upload slider set to in Congestion Control? It may be that Connection Benchmark results are being affected by Congestion Control.

Netduma Liam
Could you temporarily completely disable QoS from the three-line menu in Congestion Control and run another Connection Benchmark test? What results do you see? Tua PR

What results do you see? Hi, I'm back. Now I'm using the R1 again instead of the XR1000...the OS speed difference is night and day. But... The internal speed test problem persists. When I disable QOS, I get download speeds of 600mb, but still, the internal speed test is not accurate. This tests are with the QOS Disabled. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 21, 2023 Administrators Share Posted February 21, 2023 I believe I spoke to you yesterday about this but it's due to the servers we use and what server it may choose for you, if you get good speeds on speedtest.net then you can ignore it Tua PR

My only doubt was if it affected my QOS. Thanks as always for keeping us informed. P.S. R1 + Wifi Mesh = Best gaming Setup ever!

No it won't be limiting you to the speeds reported there so you're all good, glad to hear you're having a good experience! Tua PR
