help pleas this keeps showing up not sure why

i keep getting this pop up all of a sudden all  my settings stayed the same.

That's odd, is that after any particular action in Geo-filter? Enabling/Disabling filtering mode for example? If you try to resync cloud from the three-line menu in the top left of the Geo-filter map, do you see the same thing?

no it just randomly showed up can use anything in geofilter

i can't do anything in my geofilter after i click ok it keeps popping up im not using qos or ad blocker

If you access your browser from a private/incognito window, do you still get the same thing?

Can you download a copy of the log from the submenu in the logs panel? You can find that in System Information -> Logs. If you could then send that over to us that'd be great.

Did anything happen prior, deleting a device, changing a setting etc?

Is that all the log? Only seems to be about 5 minutes of entries there

yes that's the whole log i downloaded no i just logged in thats it like normal

Reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

sorry it just showed up again after i reset from interface

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
