when i start a match it starts to stutter badly and then comes in and out as i play longer I dont know if its the connection or the game. Just trying to make sure I can find out what is doing this

What is your ping as shown by the Geo-Filter? Do you see it happen on any other game or just MW2?

it says 6-7. And its only on mw2 i dont know why

That's a very very good ping, what does it show in game, if that is really high then may be best to force a different server

OK, maybe the server is under a lot of load hence why the ping in game is so different to Geo-filter. 

Can you try a few different servers and see if the two values are closer? Perhaps also experiment playing at different times of day and see if the experience differs.

I’ve also having this issue, geo-filter showing a ping of 10ms but the connection indication in the game is showing a ping of 30ms for the game I’m currently in.
