Auto ping

Unfortunately auto ping isn't populating. 

Tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, turning auto ping off under settings and turning it back on. Which did populate ping for a few minutes and then it stopped.

Tried all those steps a second time and still isn't working.

Also noticed the light still doesn't come on in the geofilter section when filtering a device.

Nothing changed in my network after uninstalling the beta and installing the new app.

Is Auto Ping populating if you view the Geo-Filter on a PC? If you log out then select the specific router you're using and log in, does it populate then?

Tried both Auto and direct login.

Working fine on PC.

Tried removing and adding my console and it worked for one game and stopped again.

Turned off my console made sure it was offline in Device Manager. Removed and added. Same result.

Interesting, so it may be that when it switches to a new host that it is having trouble, can you manually ping the server fine on the app?

Thanks for reporting, we found this issue just recently while the app was in review. I didn't realise it affected the released app
We will be fixing this section in the next release as it also only displays 1 game at a time.

Apparently it basically always fails when you load the UI after loading the game, however it's more likely to work if you have the UI open before starting the game. So kind of a workaround.

We can do but you can't download previous versions and it will usually auto update

Is there a way to get hands on Netduma 3.2 for XR500? I was suprised when I opened the app on my smartphone.

Not as yet I'm afraid, though we're testing firmware for the XR500 as I write this and it's starting to look really good. Shouldn't be much longer before we can provide you a firmware!

Hopefully soon needing it for helping my ping and the app has all the 3.2 features but makes my xr500 go crazy from trying to use app but can't because of the 3.2 app features

You can still use the existing features for your ping but yes I totally understand and shouldn't be far off now

Can't wait it's been way too long hopefully before end of November or I'll have to use my asus till then
