Latest app crashing

Hi, i have woken up to find a new version of the app installed on my S22. 

 

I have navigated the app and get lots of crashes on various features or when trying to access them or when I tap skip tour. 

 

Looks like a positive development just isn't functional right now for me.

Could you please completely remove the app from your phone and re-install it? There's a large amount of changes between the two so it's worth a fresh install.

The app stop working on my r1 with Duma os. Was working a few days ago but now it just says loading but doesn’t go into the interface of the app. Any suggestions to fix this? I tried reinstalling the app many times

Can you create a new topic for your issue and be sure to include the below information:

• The firmware version you're currently running on the R1
• The make and model of your mobile device
• Any steps you've tried so far to troubleshoot the issue

Thanks for the assistance. 

 

I have done a complete uninstall followed by an install and I still have the same issues. 

 

An example is when I select skip tour to go to geo filter. The app completely shuts down and I'm back to my phone screen.

Does it prompt you with downloading a log at all?

No just crashes, especially with geo filter tab selected. 

 

I've uninstalled, installed 3 times.

Could you just clarify exaclty which router you're using? Is it the XR300?

If so, there isn't yet a dumaOS 3.0 build for the XR300 so I don't know if it's going to work great with the app. Let me know and I'll speak to the app devs and see.

I have an xr500 but feels phone app related to me.

Hi, it is   V2.3.2.134

Do you have another phone you're able to test with to see if the same thing happens? What is the Android firmware version you're on?
