Hi,

I have updated a firmware on my Netduma R2 from v.3.0.205 to v.3.2.453 and the Ping Heatmap stopped working.

When I want to use it, the below information shows up.

after forcing update, I got the below information, and the list of games stays empty.

The log file shows the below errors after the above operation.

I have tried to run it on 2 independent modems and web browsers.

I have performed multiple reboots and factory resets including reinstallation of the latest firmware.

No idea what more I can do with it. The interesting thing is that it was working on firmware v.3.0.205 but the rest was just running extremally slow.

Any ideas please?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

It's not necessarily due to the update as we do need to do a Ping Heatmap update, we should be doing that tomorrow, if after that is done it's still not working let us know and we can go from there.
