Welcome to the forum!

What's the exact make and model of your modem?

Have you configured Geo-filter? If so, could you please share a screenshot of how you've done this?

Hi the model is the netduma r2 with the newest firmware

I do not use the geo filter.

The modem is my virgin hub 4.0

Could you please confirm that the R2 is connected to the Virgin Hub via an ethernet cable connected from the Blue WAN port on the R2 to one of the LAN ports on the V Hub?

Sometimes modems/routers can be a bit picky about how they're booted. Reboot the V hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then access and see if you have internet.

Could you factory reset the R2, then go through the Setup Wizard and once done don't change any settings, do you get internet then?

Hi I’ve done that and still doesn’t connect I had a this months now and literally tried everything???

Have you ever had internet or is this something that happened recently? I have the same hub as you and I do find it works better in router mode, you get internet when using this is that right but you can't get any games? You're not using the Geo-Filter when this happens?

Yeah I get signal when in router mode but I can’t find any games in warzone and no I’m not using geo filter 👍🏻

Are all other devices working fine connected to the R2 when the hub is in router mode?

If you connect your gaming device directly to the V hub, can you get games easily?

Posted

No that’s what I’m saying I can’t get games when it’s connected to the v hub I get internet so can surf the web but can’t get games on warzone???

To clarify, when your gaming device is directly connected to the V hub so the R2 isn't connected or being used you can't get games on warzone?

What is your location and what is the ping you get when you connect direct to the hub? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Are you using QoS?

My location is Portsmouth and. Get 25/30 ping when connected to the hub yeah I’m using QOS otherwise there’s no point me buying a gaming router

Are you using the Hybrid VPN feature? Does the game report any NAT issues when the V Hub is in router mode and you can't get into a game?

No I’m not using hybrid vpn I don’t think so cos it don’t get in to any game what would it say if it was then?

When you're sat searching for a game, around the bottom right of the screen it should show your NAT type, it'll likely be either Open, Moderate or Strict. Can you see that?

It’s open when on hub 4 but moderate when on r2 and I’ve done all port forwarding for warzone so should be open
