Hi I just bought a NetDuma I’ve had multiple issues so far I updated the netduma but once I hit factory reset I can’t access the netduma administrator site the 192.168.77.1 etc… I can no longer see the site.

How are you currently connected to the R2, via wired or wireless?

Is the R2 still broadcasting it's Wi-Fi network? If so, are you able to connect to it?

How did you factory reset the R2? In it's current state, I'd suggest doing so by holding the reset pin on the back for at least thirty seconds, then allow it a few minutes to reset.

I sometimes had this problem, unplugging it electrically and restarting it allows me to regain access!

It’s connected wired & did the paper clip thing at the back for 30seconds reset it waited 5mins still have an issue logging in the 192.168.77.1 please help?

It shouldn't make a difference but can you connect the R2 to the modem and see if you can access then please?
