Welcome to the forum!

Did you factory reset after the update? If not please do so as that will ensure no issues carry over from the previous versions.

  • What is the model of your ISP modem/router?
  • Are ALL devices connected to the R2?
  • What is the average ping you're seeing on the Geo-Filter & in game?
  • Can you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test, the QoS & Geo-Filter pages please?
  • Are you playing over WiFi or ethernet?

Hello, I made a factory reset und made all my settings. Have the same problem. The last firmware don‘t have them problem.

- most of the devices are connected with the r2

- average ping at home is 8.x. In Warzone between 30 and 50. It the depend on the server

- with the Fritzbox i Don‘t have these problems. i tested it

- play with Ethernet and 250k dsl

I'd suggest you connect ALL devices to the R2 otherwise QoS can't work as effectively. Have you put the R2 WAN IP in the DMZ of the Fritzbox? Where are you testing the average ping - that will be different to what you get to game servers, what does the Geo-Filter ping show?

Can you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test, the QoS & Geo-Filter pages please?

avg. Ping in DumaOS ist between 15 and 20. the ping on cod servers are between 30 and 50.

the rest you see. The devices that are not on my netduma r2 are my work devices. but the devices are not used and off.

Thanks for all that, based on your Connection Benchmark results I think you need to experiment with the Congestion Control percentages to try and get the Ping Under Load graph to look more like the Ping Test graph. For the Geo-Filter as well I would suggest reducing your radius to around 1000km as that should give you some better games.

I tested with 10-100%. It’s the same… Geo Filter same. The upload ping always looks the same.

i do not feel like it anymore. It is frustrating…

i install the previous firmware, who didn‘t have the problem. In addition, this is far to much effort to have a smooth experience. This cost me several hours..

You put the cable in the Fritzbox and everything works perfectly. Netduma gets on my nerves really 😓😓😓

Connect ALL devices to the R2 and test again, otherwise they can use up bandwidth and the R2 can't do anything to control them. Your ping to the server is very good, so I suspect if you do connect everything and readjust QoS you'll get a better experience.

Packet bursts first started a couple months ago. Think it's a call of duty issue at the moment. Try turning off "On demand texture streaming" and see if it helps.

Haven't been able to completely eliminate the problem. No matter how I set congestion control or quality of service I still get occasional packet bursts.

QoS settings go a long way finding a sweet spot that’ll help bullet reg but the packet burst stuff is happening cause if the CoD servers has nothing to do with your router it’s a CoD issue. their servers have been giving everyone issues

That is not correct. Read the previous posts. I tested different router. The other don‘t have the problems. I played with friends, they don‘t have problems..

but I solved the problems. Made all settings new at the netduma and fritzboy, all devices on the netduma r2 and now all is clear.

Ok that's good to know, please do let us know if you have any further problems in future.
