Vipeeeer Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 As above error message keeps popping up saying this rapp is not yet loaded xr500 feels very slow than usual lots of issues connection benchmark is giving a d for ping test qos won’t load just loads of error messages need this looked into
Netduma Liam Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 If you reboot the XR, does everything then load normally again, at least temporarily? What firmware version are you currently running on the XR? If you've recently upgraded, make sure you factory reset it after the upgrade.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 13, 2022 Administrators Posted June 13, 2022 Your QoS settings may need to be altered between firmware versions depending on what we change so I would recommend re-evaluating them and see what works best. Don't worry too much about the Connection Benchmark reading as we're still improving that.
