Xr500 geo filter and other features not loading

error message keeps popping up saying this rapp is not yet loaded

 

xr500 feels very slow than usual lots of issues 

connection benchmark is giving a d for ping test

qos won’t load just loads of error messages 

 

need this looked into

If you reboot the XR, does everything then load normally again, at least temporarily?

What firmware version are you currently running on the XR?

If you've recently upgraded, make sure you factory reset it after the upgrade.

Hi recently updated fw to latest and factory reset 

 

bufferbloat is always at C grade on dsl test use to be a+ across everything

Your QoS settings may need to be altered between firmware versions depending on what we change so I would recommend re-evaluating them and see what works best. Don't worry too much about the Connection Benchmark reading as we're still improving that.

It’s on the recommended 70/70 is this still the play for best results?

70/70 is our suggested starting point but that may not be the best for every connection so we do recommend experimenting with the percentages to see if you can get better results
