Is the TV box/service provided by your ISP? What is the model of your ISP modem/router?

Connect it to one of the R2 LAN ports then disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control :menu menu, does it work then?

Two years ago I tried to help a client to set up a Netduma R1 behind his KPN ISP modem I did everything correctly but I just couldn't get the IPTV to work no matter what I did. Called KPN support multiple times, and told me the same as you, sorry you want to use a third-party device blah, blah, blah.

Finally, after showing them that it should be possible they connected me through an engineer and he told me IPTV no longer work through any other device than our own we completely blocked that since KPN experts BOX V11 so a device already before the one he got.

At that moment I stopped the phone call and called Ziggo the next day, changed ISP because they do deliver support and they do give the option to put their modem in full-bridge and you never, ever have an issue ever again!

I use the net duma since the netduma R1 just got released and never had a single issue and I run Google Home, Philips smart lighting, smart doorbell, Playstation 5, printers, and the list goes on and on and on.

That is what someone told me, if Fraser does get it to work that would be amazing and maybe my case is not the same, but this is what I remember and I still use my case as an example for anyone that has issues with KPN and connecting third part equipment it is a living hell.

I'm afraid it does not currently. Did putting the R2 WAN IP in the DMZ not help matters?

Yes,i have tried it, it still doesn't work unfortunatly. after 2 secs of broadcasting the screen go's black with a error notification.

Try making a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic to the device, also disable the protection options in WAN Settings and see if that makes any difference

Done,Now after 2 seconds it freezes it shows screen again for 2 seconds and after that it freezes compeletly with a error notification. so a minor improvemend.
