Pure Vpn Router High Ping

hello everyone, I hope someone can help me. I installed German Pure Vpn server from hybrid vpn menu in advanced mode and the router says it is connected. The problem is that it generates high latencies in gaming. The same server used in the PC application has a much lower latency. is all this normal? I would like to be able to use it directly in the router because otherwise I cannot log into the router to manage the geo filter during the game. Finally: is it normal that if I add the pc as a device in the vpn it has an unselectable item?

So the PC is greyed out because you have it set to a games console device type in the Device Manager, if you put it back to a PC you can then add services. By very nature using a VPN will add latency, there is not much you can do to get around that.

ok fraser thanks. Under vpn (directly into the router) is it normal not to see the warzone servers anymore during games? I only see the assist players

Can you provide screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? Sometimes servers can be misidentified as peers so that may be what you're seeing.
