XR500 VPN Issues

So I am having intermittent connection drops to my device whenever I use hybrid VPN.  Anywhere from 5-10min, the PS5 will drop it's lan connection, reconnect, and won't happen again until the PS5 is restarted.

I've tried rebooting and factory resets, but these disconnects continue to happen.  Sometimes the disconnect will keep happening until I power-cycle both the xr500 and PS5.  Any suggestions?  Is this a known issue on the XR500?  Thanks!

The issue has been happening for a while now, but last night it was constantly happening, not just the one time then fine.  Not sure where the vpn logs are located

Sorry Fraser, but the times in the vpn log are not using the appropriate time zone, but these were all this morning with 3 disconnects

I assume you don't experience the issue with the VPN disabled? I did see some killed expiring key entries in the VPN logs so it may be best to enable the VPN then wait a few minutes before playing to see if it stabilizes. Have you enabled the option to block internet when the VPN goes down? If so that's probably why it is happening.

Thanks for the suggestions Fraser. I do not have the block traffic enabled.

Waiting for the connection to stabilize has been my go-to solution, but last night it was constantly doing disconnects after the initial 1st one with and without power cycling the ps5 and router. That is why I did a factory reset.
