Pure vpn not connect

Hi guys. I bought purevpn and setup my all info in it. But it still says connecting ? Whats wrong with this ?

hi you need to press 'add device' on the right han side of your screen and add your console there

Use the advanced configuration instead. 

Download the OpenVPN files from PureVPN from this link: https://support.purevpn.com/openvpn-files

Then pick a file based on the location you want to VPN to, copy the entire contents of the file and paste it into the 'Configuration' field when doing the advanced config.

Once done and connected, add your device in the VPN Traffic panel on the right.

Came here to learn how to fix this.  Poor tech support guy at  the VPN was completely clueless. 

Glad there's a workaround for us.  I do wish they had labeled their config files more explicitly though.
