Geofilter don´t resync cloud

Hello, I have tried for several days and at different times to perform the resync cloud in geofilter  and I always get the same result as you can see in the image, what can this be due to

That's OK, it will be resyncing successfully but just taking a little longer than it would expect.

Could you do this a couple of times, then download a log file from System Information and send it over so I can verify this?

By doing this, I will lose all the configuration I have of the router and I am looking for where to make a backup and I cannot find it so that I can return to have everything as it is if this does not solve anything, could you tell me in which section the copies are located? ?

Currently there is no way to make a back up of the configuration but generally everything on the interface can be set rather quickly after setup but it is on our roadmap
